Please take the time to read the terms and conditions below before you apply:
Application details below:
a) Models can not ask for more money once they have agreed to do job or have completed job Final amount is stated on Booking form
b) Models must inform Lush Models BEFORE accepting a job that they are GST registered, GST will only be added on if we have prior knowledge, otherwise GST is included in the final quote.
c) In the event that a job you are booked for is cancelled, you may in some cases receive compensation. This is only if Lush Models receives payment. And it is only if it is no more than 24 hours prior to a job.
d) Models must work the required hours stated on the booking form, if client asks you to change hours, work extra ? you must contact Lush Models before commencing to make sure that client is billed correctly.
e) You are only paid for the hours that you work if client has booked you for certain hours and no longer requires you, and if it is with in the 24 hours prior to start of job, you may still be paid for ½ of hours booked. If you are let go early, you will only be paid for the hours you worked as long as its a min of 3 hours.
f) You must always have impeccable dress on a job; this means nice nails, hair, makeup always and clean clothes.
g) You must wear clothing specified in booking form, if you do not have attire-required contact Lush Models. Do not turn up unprepared
h) Please always print out booking contact and take to the job, this means you always have client details, name of business, address, hours etc with you.
i) Please be prepared for a job, be organised and turn up when required.
j) The details you provide me with must be accurate, if you are heavier, larger busted, smaller busted, wrong size clothing, bad skin, tattoos, scars etc this can be a major problem on a job. Please keep me updated.
k) Please send through your Current details phone, email, websites etc. I can?t contact you for a job if I have the wrong information.
l) Any model that does not turn up to a shift will be removed from the website and other agencies will be informed.
m) Any model that leaves a job for any reason will be removed from Lush Models and will be sent an invoice for all money lost on that job and be given 14 days to pay. If a model does not pay, the invoice will be sent to a debt collection agency. All charges of debt collector will be added to models invoice for recovery.
n) Please do not contact the client for work outside of Lush Models and Promotions. I give out details of client for the job you are booked for; any model that contacts a client outside of a job in regards to more work will be removed from Lush Models. This is very unprofessional, dishonest and stops work for Lush Models, which consequently stops work for you.
o) Jobs with clients are always booked through lush models, if a client contacts you to ask you to work, you must use Lush Models as your agent. Using my clients for private work is a big no no and you will be removed from the site immediately. You will also be charged $10 per hour of the job to pay lush models as this is our standard rate on all jobs. If you do not pay the same debt collection rules apply.
p) Any model that does not complete the shift will be removed for Lush Models, special cases exempt. Any money lost due to model not completing the shift will be billed to model.
q) All models MUST have an ABN number or Tax file number to be paid, any model without will not receive full payments as I must by law pay 48% to the tax department you will be given 14 days to get an ABN. There is a form you can use to declare as a hobby, however if I believe you are working as a business this will not be accepted.
r) All uniforms must be given back to client at end of shift, if you take it home, you must pay for postage to client, and you will not be paid until all outfits are returned. If you loose uniform or destroy it, replacement will come out of your pay. In the event that the outfit is more than your pay, you will be billed for the extra amount owed. If a uniform has been charged to the client for the job and you do not complete the shift you will be billed for the cost of the uniform.
s) Any uniforms that are supplied by Lush Models will be posted and returned at Lush Models expense. (We will provide a prepaid post bag in most cases)
t) Only Professional Photos will be submitted onto website and clients, all home shots will NOT be used. Lush Models provides a photographic service at a reduced rate for model portfolios and comp cards - please contact us if you require a shoot.
u) Any model that does not complete a shift that she/he is booked for will not receive full payment. You will only be paid $10.00 per hour for the shifts you have worked. Lush Models will use the rest of the money to pay for expenses incurred trying to fill your shift. You will also be removed form the site and placed on a DO NOT USE list.
v) Photo-shoots are available through Bodyshots Photography. Please contact me for information. www.bodyshots.com.au
w) If you represent other models and/or have your own promotional business Lush Models needs to be informed. We do not represent models that source work for other models. Some cases exempt.
x) Any photograph that is taken of you on a job that has been provided by Lush Models, can not be used on other agencies websites to advertise you for work. They can be used on private portfolios if Lush Models is recognised as the Agent.
y) All photos supplied to Lush Models by Model must have permission from the Photographer to advertise them. Any photo used by Lush Models that does not have permission will be removed from site at photographers request.
z) Any models that lies to me will be removed immediately from the site. We do not tolerate girls that are dishonest.
WHAT TO DO NOW:
Please send through a Resume and Letter Introducing yourself. Remember this is your first point of contact in getting into the industry so please pay attention to spelling and punctuation.
Please attach 2-3 shots of yourself either professional or happy snaps. You will be required at your own expense to get professional photos done if you are interested in joining. We can offer a great deal for Qld Models and refer any models to photographer in other states.
Please allow 5 days for reply as some days are very busy and I don't get to all emails. Feel free after 5 days to send me another email if you have not herd back. On my reply I will send through an application form to either one of my sites. This will need to be signed and either posted or faxed back for submission.
Once we have all your details you will be added to our mailing list and all jobs will be sent out to you for viewing. Please apply to the jobs that you are available to work.
