- Lush Models Model Terms and Conditions
- Models can not ask for more money once they have agreed to do job or have completed job – Final amount is stated on Booking form
- GST is and always is included in the Hourly rate that is quoted to a model for a job. We do not add additional GST onto invoices.
- In the event that a job you are booked for is cancelled, you may in some cases receive compensation. This is only if Lush Models receives payment. And it is only if it is no more than 24 hours prior to a job.
- If a Client is unhappy and dissatisfied with the performance of a model then Lush Models will do everything possible to sort out the disagreement. If a Model does not perform to the abilities that is required, does not behave in a professional way for all work then Lush Models will source opinions of other staff members or clients to verify the behaviour etc.If a client refuses to pay for the model because of this then Lush Models will do everything they can to resolve the situation. However if Lush Models is not paid for the Model by the client then Lush Models accepts no responsibility for loss of income. Model is able to contact Client directly in these situations and try and resolve the situation outside of Lush Models.
- Models must work the required hours stated on the booking form, if client asks you to change hours, work extra – you must contact Lush Models before commencing to make sure that client is billed correctly.
- You are only paid for the hours that you work – if client has booked you for certain hours and no longer requires you, and if it is with in the 24 hours prior to start of job, you may still be paid for ½ of hours booked. If you are let go early, you will only be paid for the hours you worked as long as it’s a min of 3 hours.
- You must always have impeccable dress on a job; this means nice nails, hair, makeup always and clean clothes.
- You must wear clothing specified in booking form, if you do not have attire-required contact Lush Models. Do not turn up unprepared
- Please always print out booking contact and take to the job, this means you always have client details, name of business, address, hours etc with you.
- Please be prepared for a job, be organised and turn up when required.
- The details you provide me with must be accurate, if you are heavier, larger busted, smaller busted, wrong size clothing, bad skin, tattoos, scars etc this can be a major problem on a job. Please keep me updated.
- Please send through your Current details – phone, email, websites etc. I can’t contact you for a job if I have the wrong information.
- Any model that does not turn up to a shift will be removed from the website and other agencies will be informed.You will be sent an invoice for money lost by Lush Models including any discounts we have to give client in order to apologise for your lack of absence.
- Any model that leaves a job for a minor reason will be removed from Lush Models
- Please do not contact the client for work outside of Lush Models and Promotions. I give out details of client for the job you are booked for; any model that contacts a client outside of a job in regards to more work will be removed from Lush Models. This is very unprofessional, dishonest and stops work for Lush Models, which consequently stops work for you.
- Jobs with clients are always booked through lush models, if a client contacts you to ask you to work, you must use Lush Models as your agent. Using my clients for private work is a big no no and you will be removed from the site immediately.
- Any model that does not complete the shift will be removed for Lush Models, special cases exempt -see w) below
- All models MUST post Lush Models a Tax Declaration form for each 12 months that they work - Lush Models is responsible for taking out and paying your tax. We will provide you with a pay slip after payment has been made and a group certificate at the end of the financial year. It is the models responsibility to keep their receipts for all costs involved in work and to make their own claims through their own tax form.
- ABN's are required for Promotional work only
- SUPERANUATION is paid only for models that earn over $450.00 per company in a calendar month - this will be included in the pay rate given at beginning of shift.
- All uniforms must be given back to client at end of shift, if you take it home, you must pay for postage to client, and you will not be paid until all outfits are returned. If you loose uniform or destroy it, replacement will come out of your pay.
- Any uniforms that are supplied by Lush Models will be posted and returned at Lush Models expense.
- Only Professional Photos will be submitted onto website and clients, all home shots will NOT be used.
- Any model that does not complete a shift that she/he is booked for will not receive full payment. You will only be paid $15.00 per hour for the shifts you have worked. Lush Models will use the rest of the money to pay for expenses incurred trying to fill your shift. You will also be removed form the site and placed on a DO NOT USE list.If you are booked for 3-4 days etc and do not complete the whole shift, leave early or "pull a sicky" then go back to work you will incur the $15 hourly rate also. We do not accept that you can pull out of a shift when it pleases you and then go back. Unless a phone call is made to Lush Models so we can replace you so that the job is still filled.
- If you represent other models and/or have your own promotional business Lush Models needs to be informed. We do not represent models that source work for other models. There are a few exceptions to this.
- Any photograph that is taken of you on a job that has been provided by Lush Models, can not be used on other agencies websites to advertise you for work. They can be used on private portfolios if Lush Models is recognized as the Agent.
- All photos supplied to Lush Models by Model must have permission from the Photographer to advertise them. Any photo used by Lush Models that does not have permission will be removed from site at photographers request.
- Any model that is late for a shift will now only be paid at half the rate booked - the reason for this is that I will give client a discount. The booking forms clearly state arrival time and this is so that you do not hold up other models, people, clients etc. No excuse is acceptable. Be organized, Be on time, Allow for traffic - always call client if your running late and Lush Models.
