TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You will be charged a min of 3 hrs for all jobs or the min hours booked on the booking forms
  
• 48 Hours notice is required for any cancellations; or full payment will be required. – This includes cancellations due to bad weather.
• In the event that a job is postponed due to bad weather,Please refer to Booking contract
  
• All deposits are non - refundable.
• If a model falls ill, Lush Models will do their best to find a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, all money paid for that model will be fully refunded. If we find a replacement and you no longer require her, you will be charged 50% for her time.
• All accounts not paid by the due date will be re-invoiced with an additional 5% added. You will be given 7 days to pay
• After 30 days all invoices will be passed onto a debt collection agency. Client will incur all costs of the debt collection.
• If a model does not work as stated in booking form,Lush Models MUST be contacted by the client and the matter discussed before the model/s are sent home. If the matter can not be amended Lush Models will do their best to replace him/her. Client will still be charged for hours worked by model. If less then 3 hours, they will be charged 3 hours. If the model has performed the duties required, but the client no longer requires him/her the client will still be charged the full hours as per booking form - this is because the model has done what was specified and has possibly given up other work to do the job.
  
• Any changes to original booking after Job commencement must be made with Lush Models before continuation of job. If a model is not working to your satisfaction, please call Lush Models to help rectify the situation, if you keep the model for the remaining hours of her shift, you will be charged for his/her time. 
• If you are unhappy with the service provided by the models or they have not worked to the ability required we will offer a $10.00 per hour discount on their wages. This is only if phones calls during the day have been made between all parties and that we have tried to resolve the matter before it gets to this stage. This is in extreme cases only - where we can not resolve the issues on the day.
• All models require paid breaks if working a 4 hour shift or longer. If no breaks are allocated Client will be charged an additional 30min for each 4 hours worked.Toilet and Drink breaks must be given at client and model discretion.
  
• If Model is at a venue where there are no adequate places to purchase lunch - client is responsible for supplying her with a healthy lunch and water for the day/evening.
• Models must be supplied with a safe environment to work in. Models must at all times feel safe in their environment and not be harassed by patrons or physically touched.
  
•  Adequate sun protection and rain cover or warm clothing for all outside jobs must be supplied. E.g If model is booked for bikini work and the weather is not appropriate to clothing, additional clothing may be worn however a reduction in hourly rate will be discussed. If outfits are provided then they must be of the size that the model is,and not be made to wear inappropriate clothing.  All clothing provided for Photographic and promotional events must be sent to Lush Models prior to a job or photos provided before the job starts.
  
• All Models/Actors and Dancers are sub contracted to Lush Models. Any Public Liability or Insurance is the responsibility of the Client and/or the Model who is booking them.  Lush Models accepts no responsibility for accidents that occur.
• Clients are responsible for all Super for models  when they earn over $450.00 - this is included in agency fee charged on all jobs
  
• The client may, not contact any models that are booked through lush Models and Promotions  (or if Models details have been provided to client before job is booked), privately for additional or ongoing work.
• Any client that contacts a model that has previously been booked through the agency with their company will be invoiced for $200.00 per model used.  This is for the remaining time that model is with the agency
• If client holds a model on reserve or back up, she will be available at any stage of the job. If she is not used for the job, client will be charged at half the rate on booking form. If model is used for job, she will be charged the full rate for hours work, with a min of 3 hours.
• If a job is postponed due to rain a 25% fee will be charged of the total hours + the 9% agency fee - if the job is cancelled then full payment is required. The new job will be charged at 100% of the full fees.
• Booking forms MUST always state the duties that the model is required to do throughout her shift. Any changes in the duties must be discussed in full prior to commencement of shift.
• Client is the end user and employer of the Models for TV and Film work- Lush Models is the acting agent and will deal with all forms and payments.
  
• Client is responsible for all parking fees required by Model/Promotional Model or Actor working for them. This is calculated and added to final invoice.

*Client refers to all persons working for the company booking the job and or sub contracted  companies and affiliates.
